Job Description

Research and apply emerging technologies to develop outsource projects across various domains: E-commerce, Education, CRM, Blockchain, AI, NFT, etc.
Upgrade, optimize, and improve existing product systems.
Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Investigate and resolve complex technical problems and challenging issues.
Provide training on new knowledge and skills to team members.
Execute other tasks as requested by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Alumni from HUST, VNU, PTIT, etc., are highly preferred).
Experience: 3.5 to 5+ years of experience in PHP Laravel development.
Proven track record of participating in multiple projects from scratch.
Experience handling complex logical problems, high-traffic systems, and large user bases.
Strong experience in investigating issues and supporting team members in troubleshooting project bottlenecks.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows.
Excellent programming mindset and logical thinking.
Experience in task breakdown, code review, and managing/organizing tasks for Junior/Fresher members; experience in mentoring interns is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of source code management tools, specifically Git.
Hands-on experience in building codebases and deployment; experience with AWS is preferred.
Proficiency in NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, etc., is a distinct advantage.
Strong continuous learning mindset, with a proactive approach to updating new tech trends.
Excellent teamwork and independent working skills; positive attitude with proactive communication.
High sense of responsibility and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Ability to lead a team of 3–5 members is a plus.

Salary: Upto $ 1.500 (negotiable based on capability) + Project/KPI bonuses and holiday bonuses.
Monthly Allowances: 500,000 VND / month for lunch and commuting.
