Job Description

Develop, enhance, and optimize software products and projects.
Leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Combine AI with technical expertise and engineering judgment to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop features, troubleshoot issues, create documentation, perform testing, and optimize systems.
Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges, review solutions, and share best practices for applying AI in software development.
Proactively research, evaluate, and adopt new AI technologies, tools, and workflows to continuously improve development efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Alumni from HUST, VNU, PTIT, etc., are highly preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in software development, with strong programming skills in at least one programming language or framework, such as PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js, Java, Vue.js, React, Android, or React Native. Backend development experience is preferred.
Proficient in leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle and using AI as an essential daily tool to improve productivity and software quality.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as MCP, AI Agents, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or equivalent tools.
Strong ability to evaluate, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated outputs before applying them to production projects.
Strong logical thinking and software engineering fundamentals, with a proactive mindset for learning new technologies and staying up to date with the latest AI tools and practices.
Experience in developing effective prompts, AI skills, or standardized workflows to improve AI adoption and team productivity.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Willing to mentor and train team members to enhance their AI adoption and proficiency in software development.

Salary: Upto $ 1.500 (negotiable based on capability) + Project/KPI bonuses and holiday bonuses.
Monthly Allowances: 500,000 VND / month for lunch and commuting.
