Bekisoft's Company Trip to the heritage land of Quang Binh has officially come to an end. However, the echoes of the journey still linger deep in the heart of every member. More than just a vacation, sightseeing, or exploration tour, the Bekisoft Company Trip was a journey of connection, sharing, and a treasury of joy and unforgettable memories.
On this trip, Bekisoft was also honored to welcome the participation of our key clients and partners from Japan. Their quick integration and incredible energy perfectly blended with the Bekisoft spirit, erasing all boundaries of language and cultural differences.

The First Train Journey
For the first time since our establishment, Bekisoft had its very first collective trip traveling by train. Despite the long-distance and extended travel time, Bekisoft members kept their enthusiasm high and shared many exciting experiences together on board.
Sharing the same train cabins, Beki-ers enjoyed food and drinks, chatted, played cards, played games, and watched movies together. The journey from Hà Nội Station at 20:50 to Đồng Hới Station at 06:30 seemed shorter and flew by in a flash.
Quang Binh welcomed Bekisoft with cool, crisp air and clear, sunny weather. After stepping off the train, everyone boarded the bus to enjoy a local Central Vietnamese specialty for breakfast – bánh canh (thick noodle soup).
The piping hot bánh canh served with crispy chả ram (spring rolls) was slightly adjusted to suit the taste of the majority of Bekisoft members (who are from the North) while still preserving its unique, distinctive local flavor.
Sand Sliding Experience
With our batteries fully charged by bánh canh, Bekisoft began our journey to discover the "Kingdom of Caves" in Quảng Bình, with the first stop on the itinerary being the Quang Phu Sand Dunes.
The majestic Quang Phu Sand Dunes offered a panoramic view of the sea, a vast open space, clear blue skies, and brilliant sunshine. Beki-ers were thrilled with the sand-sliding activity. The exhilarating feeling of rushing down from the top was a must-try experience for everyone.
Next-Level Teambuilding
The teambuilding activity during Bekisoft's Company Trip in Quang Binh was uniquely led by MC Thanh Tùng and MC Đình Sơn. "Tùng’s playground, but according to Sơn’s rules—anyone who dared to argue got points deducted!" This caught all four teams completely off guard.
The teambuilding took place on the private lawn of our resort, right next to the pool, overlooking the beach and surrounded by lush green garden space. Beki-ers kicked off with a warm-up session that fired up everyone's team spirit.
The charm and humor of the two MCs, the dedication of the support team, and especially the fiery enthusiasm of all Beki-ers determined to overcome every challenge were the key factors that made the teambuilding a massive success, leaving everyone with non-stop laughter.
For the first time in Bekisoft’s history, here is the final scoreboard:
Consolation Prize – Blue Team: -80 points
Third Prize – Green Team: 95 points
Second Prize – Yellow Team: 340 points
First Prize – Red Team: 429 points
Congratulations to the members of the Red Team for excellently claiming the Championship title along with an unexpected special reward!
A Cozy Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner was held in a private function room at the Resort. Bekisoft gathered together to listen to heartfelt remarks from the Board of Directors and our Clients, enjoy local culinary specialties, watch cultural performances, and discover beautiful cultural traits through various games. Most importantly, everyone rocked the stage to the vibrant music.
Mr. Đỗ Thanh Tùng – Chairman of Bekisoft’s Board of Directors – expressed his deepest gratitude to all members for being present on this Company Trip to Quảng Bình and hoped that everyone would keep their spirits high to join "Round 3 and Round 4" (the after-parties).
The Client representatives also expressed their gratitude to Bekisoft, sharing that they were deeply moved and surprised by Bekisoft's warm hospitality and enthusiastic spirit.
The musical performance by the boys of Bekisoft – the "Beki Avengers" squad – featured a Mashup of the traditional "Bánh trôi nước" dance and modern choreography to "Đẹp trai thì mới có nhiều đứa yêu", which completely heated up the entire room.
A Vietnamese-speaking challenge was customized for our Japanese clients with the help of four Bekisoft members. Meanwhile, the Kendama challenge—a traditional toy from the Land of the Rising Sun—brought back childhood memories for Beki-ers associated with classic anime like Doraemon. This special intersection and connection of cultural beauty between the two companies and two nations was the brightest highlight of the Gala Dinner.
Exploring Phong Nha Cave
The iconic symbol of Quảng Bình – the "First Cave Wonder": Phong Nha Cave was chosen as Bekisoft’s next exploration spot. Recognized as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site in 2003, Phong Nha Cave still fully retains its majestic and pristine beauty to this day.
Bekisoft Company Trip Quảng Bình – a journey filled with so many "first times" that Beki-ers and our clients experienced together – has become one of the most precious and memorable milestones of the year.
