From July 6 to July 8, 2024, Bekisoft went on a 3-day trip to Cat Ba—a land famous for its pristine beauty, turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and majestic limestone mountains. This was not only an opportunity for everyone to relax and recharge after stressful working days, but also a chance to foster team spirit and deepen mutual understanding among members of the company.
Exciting Teambuilding Activities
Opening the series of activities for the 3-day, 2-night Summer Trip, all employees joined in an exceptionally vibrant teambuilding session. Four teams engaged in a thrilling competition, bringing home valuable prizes, unforgettable memories, and precious lessons in solidarity and effective coordination. The games and challenges not only bonded everyone together but also boosted each member's confidence and creativity.
Admiring the Poetic and Picturesque Lan Ha Bay
Moving to the second day of the trip, Bekisoft members boarded a boat to explore Lan Ha Bay—one of the most beautiful destinations of the vacation. From kayaking among famous limestone islands to swimming in cool, crystal-clear waters, everyone truly enjoyed these wonderful moments surrounded by nature.
Full of Emotion at the Gala Dinner
Also on the second day, all Bekisoft employees shared joyful and meaningful moments during the Gala Dinner celebrating Bekisoft's 3rd Anniversary.
The program kicked off with an energetic performance by the "Beki Banh" dance group. Well-prepared and thoroughly invested, the opening act stirred up the party atmosphere, receiving warm applause from all guests and staff.
Following the warm-up, a representative of the Management Board delivered the opening speech and expressed gratitude to clients and employees who have supported and built the company over the past three years. Mr. Do Thanh Tung, CEO of Bekisoft, shared:
"We have gone through a journey filled with both challenges and opportunities. From our early days of establishment amidst piling difficulties, Bekisoft has grown to become a tech company trusted by clients. The Gala Night became even more lively with gameshows and musical performances. The true success of this event was bridging the emotional connection among company members. From new hires to long-standing staff, everyone had the opportunity to interact, share, and understand one another better.
Free Time for Exploration
On the final day of the trip, members had free time to explore and experience the wonders of Cat Ba, a region blessed with a diverse ecosystem and rare flora and fauna.
